Old Man Pentathlon

The Old Man Pentathlon (OMP) was born in the 1980s in New Jersey with a group of friends that valued camaraderie, competition and creating memories that last a lifetime.
The modern OMP was revitalized in 2009 in Leesburg, VA to include the core events of golf, bowling, corn hole, darts and pong.
The spirit of OMP is going strong and this site is a tribute to those athletes that continue to make it a special event every year.
